“The work you do is important! You matter! You are an important part of the team!” When is the last time you heard something like that from your supervisor or colleagues? Does it ever feel like the work that you do isn’t appreciated? Does working in separate locations away from peers feel like you’re alone on an island? How do you support healthy relationships, not only with the people you support, but also with your supervisor and peers?

What if you had a way to receive messages and reminders every day specifically about your work you do and its importance, and that YOU are important? At Quillo , our focus is on “Better Relationships. Better Lives.”

Using an app on your smartphone or desktop, we share 60-second video messages every day. The videos are positive, supportive, and meaningful, reminding you WHY your work is valued.

Two videos from Quillo that are based on concepts of positive psychology and personal well-being are,  “Are you having a conversation or giving directions?” by Leanne Mull , and, Quillo’s “5 Languages of Appreciation” by Leanne Mull, and, Quillo’s “5 Languages of Appreciation” by Quillo. They offer a meaningful and personalized way for people to feel connected. Hundreds of videos on the app focus on communication, relationships, and feeling supported.
