CFSM Primary Audience
The CFSM content is for supervisors, managers, and leaders. Content will be useful for people in these roles who develop or deliver support for community-based living. It applies to roles in disability, aging, and other long-term services and supports (LTSS). It is useful across various types of human services. The CFSM content applies to those responsible for:
- Recruiting, hiring, supervising, and training DSPs or other employees
- Assessment, service planning, and coordination of support for people receiving services
- Collection and analysis of data related to service outcomes and/or organizational performance and quality improvement
- Implementation of service policy and regulations
- Fiscal management and planning
- Organizational leadership
