DirectCourse: CDS/CFSM & NADSP E-Badge Crosswalk
Overview of Using DirectCourse to Earn NADSP E-Badges
The College of Direct Support (CDS) and the College of Frontline Supervision, Management, and Leadership (CFSM) curricula are accredited by the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP), meaning that every lesson in the CDS and the CFSM is developed in alignment with the NADSP Code of Ethics . Content in both curricula provide competency-based training that can help learners earn the NADSP E-Badges. These web pages are intended to illustrate which DirectCourse lessons align with each NADSP E-Badge, each CMS-DSW Competency, and each National Frontline Supervisor Competency.
Use the navigation bar on the left to navigate to the desired competency or NADSP E-Badge. Note that learners can personalize their training plan to best suit their training needs by choosing which lessons they will take to meet each e-badge.
