types of payer (insurance, state benefits or waivers, etc.)
types of providers,
types of services,
mode of telehealth used, and
the provider’s policies.
Your provider may be limited in the ways that they connect with you (such as the type of video conferencing application used) to meet certain requirements, such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act 1996 (HIPAA).
