Below is an example of a calendar a C&C coordinator would create for planning mentors' PD for the school year:

C&C recommends that coordinators create an agenda for each meeting, which would identify the facilitators, objectives, and resources.

PD SESSION PLAN

- Mentors will review the Online Support Module "Check" Data prior to the PD session.
- Discuss the following questions:
- How are mentors currently accessing "check" data?
- Are there any obstacles to obtaining and recording data weekly?
- How are mentors determining the areas students are at high risk?
- Review Implementing with Fidelity manual (Pg. 30 - Table 9)
PD SESSION PLAN
