OVERVIEW: The C&C App offers a quick and easy way to see critical data regarding your site's fidelity of implementation.

There are several levels of reporting available in the App, such as the: 

  • Admin Dashboard (Program Overview & Impact)
  • Mentor Level
  • Student Level
  • Excel reports

Coordinators can use this data to help plan strategic PD to support mentor's growth and increase student engagement. 

The C&C App provides dashboards to view data at the organization, school, mentor, and student level. For example, at the school level, coordinators can review a dashboard to determine if mentors are meeting and documenting weekly meetings with students, entering "check" data every week, and contacting families at least once a month. Coordinators can then use this data to identify where mentors might need additional support and skill-building through targeted PD.
