Dear (colleague),

I look forward to collaborating with you to make our lessons more inclusive for all of our students. Here are our first steps:

  • We need to find a time to meet (either for 5 minutes, 15 minutes, or 45 minutes).
  • Here is the TIES Center protocol we can use (choose based on time available: 5 minute meeting time, 15 minute meeting time, or 45 minute time).

Thank you,

Dear (colleague),

I look forward to collaborating with you to make our lessons more inclusive for all of our students. I pulled together some resources for our meeting (add link or attachment) on XXX date at XXX time:

  • An agenda to keep us on track (Setting Team Rules).
  • A TIES Center protocol (choose based on time available: 5 minute meeting time, 15 minute meeting time, or 45 minute time).
  • This list of inclusive strategies to spark our thinking.

Please add your input. I look forward to working with you.

Thank you,
