“Check” Data

If your site has an online Student Information System (SIS), you will likely be able to access course performance data as frequently as attendance and behavior data. 

If you cannot access course performance data weekly, update it as progress grades are released. Or work with teachers on a plan for how best to communicate students’ weekly academic progress (missing homework assignments, test scores, etc.).
