How many people with intellectual or developmental disabilities get Medicaid ICF/IID supports for every 100,000 people in the population?

In 2017, 23 people with intellectual or developmental disabilities lived in a Medicaid ICF/IID institution for every 100,000 people in the United States. No one lived in an ICF/IID institution in Michigan or Oregon. In 17 states, between 1 and 10  people with intellectual or developmental disabilities lived in an ICF/IID institution for every 100,000 people. In 5 states, more than 51 people per 100,000 lived in an ICF/IID institution.
