How many people with intellectual or developmental disabilities get Medicaid-waiver supports for every 100,000 people in the population?

In 2017, 264 people with intellectual or developmental disabilities got supports funded by a Medicaid Waiver for every 100,000 people in the United States. In 10 states fewer than 140 people per 100,000 got paid supports. In nine states 415 for every 100,000 got paid supports. States in the Southern part of the United States provided paid supports to fewer people than states in other parts of the country.
