Module Description:

The purpose of this training module is to assist individuals, their family members, or their authorized representatives who self-direct services in gaining a basic understanding of self-directed supports and their roles and responsibilities related to supervising direct service workers (DSW).

Module Objective:

Learners will identify the benefits of self-directed supports, understand various roles and responsibilities in self-directed supports, and identify key tasks in managing self-directed supports.
