Module Description

This module provides information on how to interview and select direct service workers (DSW) that are the best fit. Topics include creating a realistic job preview, developing an accurate job description, and developing interview questions. This module also covers ranking DSW candidates, checking references, and hiring DSWs.

Learners will be able to create a realistic job preview and interview plan to hire DSWs.
