Recruiting, Selecting, and Retaining Direct Service Workers to Provide Self-Directed HCBS

People who can benefit from this training series are Medicaid beneficiaries who self-direct HCBS, their family members, or their other authorized representatives. Others working with caregivers and direct support staff in the community might also find some of this content relevant and helpful.

Lessons are organized into six learning modules. Each learning module includes resources or tools that can be downloaded and, in some cases, customized for personal use.
