Module Description

The purpose of this training module is to assist individuals, their families, or authorized representatives who self-direct services in understanding strategies to ensure their direct service workers (DSW) perform their work as professionals.

Module Objectives

Learners will identify the steps to resolving conflicts, effective communication strategies, and the connection between professionalism and boundaries.
