Features guest Jenny Breen from the University of Minnesota. Jenny’s philosophy about food is, "Food does more than provide us with nutrients. It has memories. Cultural ties. We use it to celebrate." She recognizes that people have limited time, skills, and resources, but it doesn't have to be expensive to eat more nutritious food. She believes in, “Cook once and eat two or three times.” Join us and learn how to eat nutritious food on a tight budget.

Please join us as we talk about how we all can take care of ourselves! If you have questions, comments, or topics that you would like us to discuss, please email us at dspwellness@umn.edu. The podcast is produced by the University of Minnesota’s Institute on Community Integration.
