Stress is when a person is having a physical, mental, or emotional feeling of being overwhelmed by something.  We all experience stress.  It affects our minds and our bodies.  We all handle stress differently.

There are many signs that indicate we may be stressed.  Different people have different ways of showing they are experiencing stress. The resources section has additional resources on stress.
