This lesson provides some tips for developing a good interview process. This will better ensure you will find appropriate direct service worker (DSW) candidates who meet your individual support needs. Throughout this lesson, you will be completing an interview questionnaire. Take a moment now to download the Interview Questionnaire worksheet.

Note regarding the Interview Questionnaire worksheet: The worksheet uses Adobe Acrobat Reader. Download Adobe Acrobat Reader if you do not already have it. If you are using Adobe Acrobat Reader, you will need to print out your worksheet when you are done with it. You won’t be able to save it.
