It is important to look over a person's work history before you interview them.  You can ask about their work experience during the interview. Review applications of potential DSWs.  Make notes to ask any questions you have about their application or resume.

  • What is the applicant’s work history? Does the person have gaps in their employment?
  • Do they have experience working as a DSW?
  • Do they have other skills or experience that might be relevant?
  • What training or education have they completed?
