Sometimes direct service workers (DSW) aren't able to do the work you need them to do. Sometimes DSWs do things you don't want them to do. When this happens, it's important to have a plan for how to address poor performance or behavior you don't like with your DSW. In some cases, you may need to let them go. This lesson offers information and strategies to help you address DSW performance.
Lesson Objective
In this lesson, you will learn how to manage DSW poor performance and how to discharge a DSW, when necessary.
