Introduction

This lesson offers things you can do to recruit a new DSW. It will ask you to think about what is important to you, such as skills and experience. Think about the qualities you want in a DSW, such as being on time, being flexible, and having a good attitude. What does a “professional” relationship look like between you, your family or authorized representative, and your DSW?
