This lesson will help you identify the steps needed to make sure that the direct service workers (DSW) you recruit are a good match for you. One way to do that is to show the DSWs the different tasks they will need to be able to do. You also need to tell them about any special requirements or certifications they will need to have to support you. This means giving them a realistic preview of the job they will be doing.
